Installation of Scrap Metal Baler;
(1) Preparethe hard and strong Cement floor.
(2) Prepare the Industry Voltage
(3) Prepare the ISO NO. 46 Hydraulic Oil;
(4) Get every parts and even the tools box from the container
(5) Load the machine onto the floor in level and fixed the machine with Bolts;
(6) Connect all the hydraulic pipes from the oil tank to the machine (In Marked)
(7) Adding 80% hydraulic oil into the oil tank;
(8) Connect the Three-Phase wires to the Industry Power;
Installation of Vertical Balers And Horizontal Balers
(1) Load the baler onto the leveling floor.
(2) Connect the Three-Phase wires to the Industry Power;
(3) Adding 80% hydraulic oil into the oil tank;
(4) Check if the motor round by clock;
(5) Operate the baler as the operation book show
